Working with Cash Knight was an absolute pleasure. First of all, he may have the coolest name in real estate, but beyond that, he was everything you hope for in a buyer's agent—responsive, professional, reasonable, and incredibly easy to work with.
Throughout the transaction, Cash communicated quickly, stayed on top of details, and approached every conversation with a collaborative attitude. He was fair, solution-oriented, and helped keep the process moving smoothly from start to finish.

It’s not often I walk away from a new construction deal this impressed, but Symphony Homes earned it.
From Cash their realtor to Logan the onsite superintendent and everyone in between they were just great to work with. Communication was solid, the process was smooth, and most importantly, they build a damn good house.
I’ve been around a lot of new construction over the years and I honestly don’t think there’s anyone doing it better in the semi-custom space. They care about the details and have really good processes in place.
Even my buyer’s dad who’s an electrician and knows construction was impressed with how they do things and guys in the trades aren’t always the easiest crowd to impress. 😂

He really took the time to listen to us and value what we really wanted in our home. #2, Symphony has the best finishing touches. Every little detail on our home from top to bottom. The warranty they have is great, with coming and fixing settling a year after the build.

Our building process with Symphony was so easy and smooth. We worked with Cash and he made this process so effortless. He explained every step thoroughly so there were no surprises. Cash was always available and willing to answer any and all questions.
The design process was so much fun and their amazing showroom makes it so easy! Brittany was such an amazing help at getting our home the way we dreamed of!
Logan was our construction supervisor intendant, he did an amazing job. The house was done well before the expected competition date. He was always so willing to answer any questions or concerns.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I've built with 3 separate builders, and Symphony is BY FAR the best. Everyone involved wanted to make sure everything done in a very professional, courteous and timely way, and ultimately to make sure we were happy with the result. Which was an amazingly beautiful home! Cash helped throughout process from start to finish, very attentive, helpful, going above and beyond in almost every case. Liz, Grayson, Ben and everyone did amazing work making sure everything was exactly how we wanted, gave great recommendations, etc. going to final walkthrough there was almost nothing for me to see/point out cause they had already taken care of everything. My family and I have been on a months-long quest to find our family home, and it wasn't until today that we stumbled upon something truly extraordinary. Our journey led us to the Symphony Homes new subdivision in Farmington, and it was a game-changer.

We purchased our home in 2020 and have loved living here. The designers did such a great job blending trendy and timeless. We have had a couple warranty issues that Symphony has fixed. Although I would have been very upset if they shirked responsibility for them, we were technically out of our year warranty and that would have been within their right. Symphony recognized the issues were not something we could have prevented. They stepped in and fixed the issues at no cost to us. It means a lot to me when a builder does the right thing and not just “what they have to do”. Our agent was Cash and I highly recommend him as well!
We had an awesome experience building with Symphony Homes! Not only do we love our home, but the people we worked with were so awesome! Cash, Grayson, Brittany, Leroy, Nick… and others we worked with shortly. They were kind, caring, helpful, sincere, honest… they were patient with me and willing to answer my MANY questions. They were willing to work with the design and plans we really wanted. We had fun, we laughed, we lost sleep, we fixed mistakes and worked together as a team! Some things in the build were not as expected and they worked so well with us to get everything where we wanted it. And they were so much faster than anticipated! (We moved in about 6 months earlier than we expected.) The crews worked fast and hard. Once we moved in they were prompt to do fix ups. And we are all still friends! Seriously awesome people to work with and we are grateful for each of them and what they did to build us such a beautiful home. We love our home and never want to move again! But if we needed to, we would absolutely use Symphony again!
We love our custom home built by Symphony! We worked with Cash Knight throughout the entire process. He was very patient and listened to us figure out our dream home. From design to build, the entire Symphony team was vey helpful in understanding what was important to us. To be honest, there were some challenges and errors but Symphony stepped up to make things right and make sure we were happy all along the way.
